Welcome to Dustless Clean Edmonton. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the client, including the size and condition of the property.

Cleaning times are approximate and may vary depending on the condition of the home. If additional time is required due to excessive dirt, clutter, pet hair, or other factors, we will inform the client before proceeding.

Clients may choose to stop the service at any time if they do not wish to continue beyond the estimated time.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, cancellation or lockout fees may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept e-Transfer and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns regarding the completed service.

Liability

Dustless Clean Edmonton is fully licensed and insured.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are unstable, improperly installed, or damaged prior to the cleaning appointment.

Any claims regarding accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Health and Safety

For the safety of our cleaners, we reserve the right to refuse service in situations involving hazardous conditions, biohazards, aggressive pets, or unsafe working environments.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
